directories for the figs

Hello Mark,

One guy told me who to translate the TeX files into Japanese. Since Makefile and common.tex must be modified, I would propose to create directories for the figs. For instance, figs-en and figs-ja. What do you think of this?

That sounds reasonable. Another option would be to make an /en/ directory and a /jp/ directory, each containing both the index.html and the figures (so, we would have /en/index.html rather than /index-en.html.) Feel free to try whichever makes sense.

Ah! I support your option (/en/ and /ja/). "/ja/" should be used instead of "/jp/". Would you work on this so that I can pull? Or should I do it?
