adding command palette to inserting code at current cursor position

• open a command palette at the middle of the page

• allow the user to search or insert code directly from there (either by writing the code similar to CodeStruct's current behavior, or just by displaying suggestions (similar to the autocomplete) and then allowing the user to insert it from there

• insert the code

• current autocomplete system could be used to implement this
