Lua Addon Manager error

Which OS are you using?

Windows

Expected Behaviour

I was expecting Lua Addon Manager to load addons without any problem.

Actual Behaviour

It fails to load addons.

I also see the following error:

Reproduction steps

1. Run command in search bar: >Lua: Open Addon Manager

Which version of the Lua extension are you using? This should have been fixed with #154
