Update description for Assassins Creed 1 AutoSplitter (#2714)

It currently says "Autosplitter and Loadremover for Assassins Creed 4 Black Flag (by TpRedNinja)" changed it to 1 not include loadremover since it doesnt include that and 2 make the name correct since its for assassins creed 1 not 4 so yea fun
