Connect (1::) does not support query params

Based on your spec, this should submit a query param "my" on connect to namespace "/test"

1::/test?my=param

Instead it connects to a namespace called: "test?my=param". (name+query)

A fix for this would be great. Otherwise, I am only able to send query params on global authorisation.
