Question about segmentation

Hello,
I would like to congratulate you for your work which is well explained and simplified. 
Well i tried script on simple mesh as circle or cylinder and it didn't work , 
because everytime i try to  run i get " IndexError: list index out of range " in extract py file even objects are too simple which is weird  and my .eseg  doesnt even created cause of this error  .
