Climate DISK broken

Unable to create a hypothesis using climate disk. Server doesn't return the options

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://climate.disk.isi.edu/hypotheses/new?q=http://disk-project.org/resources/climate/question/HQ2
2. Click on any template
3. See error
