[Data Ingest] Ensure grid cell ID and date are available for vetting dataset

Background:
The prototype is missing metadata pass-through; the vetting UI needs these fields.

Requirements (Data Task Checklist):

• Ensure the ingestion pipeline populates grid cell ID and recording date for each file.
• The source may be NABat, GUANO, or ingest-time mapping, but must be applied consistently.

Acceptance criteria:

• Newly ingested vetting files have grid cell ID and recording date populated and displayed.

Unless there's something I'm missing about this issue, I believe we already capture everything needed. @BryonLewis @aashish24 can we close this? At least in my local environment GRTS cell and recording date get extracted from the file itself and show up in the UI:

It is populated if the files happen to have them.

It will attempt GUANO metadata first
Then attempt to look at the format of the file and try to extract data

So for this particular issue, we'll need to get more information on the initial vetting dataset. If the file names conform to what we expect or the GUANO metadata is all in place, no action will be needed. Otherwise we'll need to come up with a plan to make sure all the data is there. Hopefully we can get some details from USGS.

It's more than the filenames, the filenames are a fallback, the metadata is embedded in the file and will use pyguano automatically to try to extract it from there first when you upload a file.
