Improving defaults

@jourdain, here are some default UI settings after launch that I would suggest to change to. I might add more as testing continues.

• Map projection: Mollweide
• View interaction: locked (i.e., off)
• Colormap: BuGnYl
• "Slice selection" panel: on (i.e., visible)
• "Animation controls" panel: on (i.e., visible)
• View size: 2 columns
