chore: consolidate sprint 01 work and cleanup

Root Cleanup:
- Move deployment files to sprint-01/deployment/ folder
- Remove generated coverage reports and test screenshots
- Delete malformed docker-compose file from root

Monorepo Updates:
- Update package configs for @transcript-parser/types and module-sdk
- Update gemini-client with improved error handling
- Update UI components (ApiKeySettings, ExportDialog, ProcessingStatus, etc.)
- Update useTranscription hook

Audio Processing:
- Switch from FFmpeg.wasm to server-side FFmpeg
- Add audio-server Docker configuration

Testing:
- Add E2E test specs for Sprint 01
- Add test helpers and execution summaries
- Update unit tests for services

Documentation:
- Add Sprint 01 deployment docs and instructions
- Add orchestration prompts and session templates
- Add epic placeholders for future modules

Note: ESLint errors deferred to future cleanup session
