Allowing interpolation with the ss"..." string macro(s)

These macros don't do any interpolation.

I could add interpolation (just as I did so for the `f"..."`, `F"..."`, `pr"...."`, and `PR"..."` macros in the StrLiterals.jl package.

What do people feel?
