Goals for docs and this tutorial

These are great goals to keep in mind for writing and maintaining the docs:

1. Don't reinvent the wheel - there are a lot of other teams with great learning resources. Not to mention the technical documentation covers a lot as well
2. Start small, build up - this guide should be beginner friendly, and as such should start out very simple before introducing complex stuff
3. Be interactive and positive - this guide should encourage the reader to try stuff on their own so they really understand it, as well as encourage them for their progress

These are 3 big things, but add more below!

Reposted from #3, need to set up multiple tutorials that are increasing in complexity and which all address various topics. The drivetrain tutorial is useful, but not necessarily helpful for someone looking for help on a specific topic
