Second click has no effect, when clicking "Master checkbox" twice

Szenario: VirtualTreeView with master checkbox (Seen in TreeSize File Search)

Steps:

Click the “Master” checkbox twice, relatively quickly

Expected:

• The checkboxes of the nodes, below the master checkbox, change according ​to the state of the checkbox in the header.
• Both clicks should have an effect

Actual:

• The first click is handled
• The second click updates the master checkbox, but does not apply the state to the child checkboxes
