Description
cardano-cli by default supports the ledger format. However, CIP129 introduced a new way of representing keys and ids for governance artifacts. CLI wants to support the ledger-native format as well as CIP129 so that DReps, CC members, SPOs can have a more pleasant experience when dealing with governance features through the CLI
