Add Cospend Category and Payment method fields

Hi, thanks for the input. That is great information to have, unfortunately my focus as an open source developer currently is on another project, so it could take some time until I take care of it. If someone else wants to step up, I'll gladly provide help.

Hi, I recently started working on PayForMe again. You asking made it definitely more likely. As I'm currently only working on the app in my free time, I can't make any promises though.
