Number of factors to be considered - only 1-29 or even other things like demographics

Do we consider more than the first 29 questions to get the factors? In the code we had, we see that the factor attributes is 2:30, however even after question 29, there is some useful information about the customers. However I am unsure if that is the right process, and if the purpose of the exercise is to determine the customer from the first 29 questions
