Row added snack-bar is mispositioned

Description

The message shown after row is added to the grid is shown on a wrong position in the grid.

• igniteui-angular version: 21.1.x

Steps to reproduce

Go to Row adding sample, and add a row.

Result

The message confirming row addition is shown at the top right corner of the grid and is not fully visible.

Expected result

The message confirming row addition should be shown at the bottom of the grid horizontally centered.
