REST API doesn't appear in the list of background daemons

Current behavior

After unregistering Start-IcingaWindowsRESTApi via the icinga management console command leads to there being no way to register it again via the same command.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the icinga management console icinga
2. [2] Settings
3. [2] Background Daemons
4. [1] Unregister background daemon
5. [2] Unregister background daemon "Start-IcingaWindowsRESTApi"
6. [1] Yes
7. Back [p]
8. [0] Register background daemon

There is no entry to register the daemon again.
