20 Minute users guide tutorial

Hi,

it would be great if there was more documentation, which covers how to create an in-house ISA collection
to RDF using e.g. a command line tool, and which also includes a visualisation of the ontological concepts, 
something like a larger/comprehensive version of figures 4-6 in the BMC article.
