Examine new CG interpolation code for L3 impacts. - 3195

IMAP-Science-Operations-Center/imap_processing#3149 describes changes to the energy interpolation for CG correction. Review the issue and linked PR to determine if any changes to the SP-corrected heliospheric frame map code are needed, since we use the L2 code for finding the s/c frame energy.

Since the L2 maps that the L3 code uses are already in the appropriate frame, we don't invoke this method at all. No change needed for L3.
