Summary
The pixels in L3e have no lat/lon labels.
GLOWS team would like the metadata to clearly indicate the frame (HAE)
Requirements
- Add variables for lat/lon (like in pointing sets)
- Update variable labels to indicate HAE (some discussion between GLOWS team and IMWG on how this should happen; use the CATDESC? is HAE ambiguous? etc.)
