• @glenrobson to make the little arrow for backticked features more obviously a 'this is a link'
• "The defined Container types are:" looks abandoned in HTML. Replace with "... are defined below" ; Same for "Scenes use several 3D specific constructions to manage rendering:" under Scene
• Under Scene, there's the wikipedia image with "(Image: Wikipedia)" which should at least link to the WP page
• Lights section has broken internal links
• TODO: JSON examples for Anno, Anno Page and Anno Coll’n ?
• Annotation Page talks about z-index, but should do so /only/ in terms of Canvas I think with reference to Scenes having explicit Z.

• The sequence behavior looks strange as a heading. Drop backticks and replace with ""?
• Accessibility as a top level heading is hard to distinguish from Additional Features in the ToC styling
• In model/ need to write the Registry section (or drop it?)

A 🔗 symbol (but subtler) would be the obvious choice ... but I'm worried that anything more in-your-face than the current arrow would make the text very tiring to read after a while, too much noise:

They are hyperlinks and are underlined on hover, but maybe we could go old school and have them subtly underlined all the time and no little arrow. Not a strong blue underline, that would also be quite jarring.

Deleting the registries section from model -- it's a IIIF concern rather than a Presentation specific concern.

@IIIF/editors Please review #2460 which moves and rewrites much of the Nesting use case and if okay merge, and then #2459 which does the rest.
