Trusted Server needs to be fully supported on the Akamai + Fermyon (SPIN) Platform

Executive Summary

Port the Trusted Server framework from Fastly Compute to the Spin Framework which is supported by Fermyon on the Akamai network. This is for establishing multi-platform edge deployment capability while maintaining a unified /common/ codebase. This initiative will enable publishers to choose their preferred edge platform based on pricing, geographic coverage, and existing infrastructure relationships.
