Iterative region thresholding update based on distances and angles

After all necessary ROI have been identified and interpolated

• user specifies joint lengths and angles on one of the good frames
• algorithm analyses all frames, especially the ones where angles or distances do not match the specified and/or where some points have been interpolated. Algorithm attempts to re-identify regions by varying brightness threshold.
