Screening sequences using Infernal or HMMER

We could add general support for screening sequences using Infermal or HMMER CMs or HMMs. I noticed this is done but in a more indirect manner in ampliseq using barrnap (which internally uses nhmmer and rRNA models).

Experimental support for this is being added to the DSL2 branch, currently using mmseqs as the tool of interest as it supports both standard local alignment as well as profile-based searches, and could be used as an alternative to taxonomic alignment. Infernal support is also planned.
