Rich text support in text composer #2923
Description
Motivation
One of the most popular feature requests we get from our customers is to allow rich text support in the message composers. People want to be able to see whats bolded, italicized like many other modern messaging apps.
Proposed solution
Right now it looks like the message composer is a plain input but providing some support like tip-tap or other textarea would make the experience much better.
Acceptance Criteria
Composing messages with rich-text that shows actions like bold, italics, headings (with defined sizes), etc.
