keyboard not loading on every start of the app

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open App - keyboard loads.
2. close app
3. open app - keyboard does not load automatically.

Option to load keyboard on Start in menu is checked.

Expected behavior

Load keyboard everytime I open app so i can Start typing immediately.

Actual behavior

Keyboard only loads automatically on first Start off app.
