Launch Fossify Camera when system camera is missing or unavailable

Feature description

I have several Fossify apps installed, including Messages, Camera, and Voice Recorder. I'm able to choose existing photos and videos to attach, but when trying to take a photo or video from Messages, I get "no valid app found", and ditto for playing an audio recording. If I save the recording, then open it manually in Voice Recorder, it plays... And if I want to send someone a picture I can switch to the Camera app to take it... But it would be much more convenient if the Messages app were able to directly open the other relevant Fossify apps.

Many thanks to the developers for an excellent suite of FOSS apps, by the way!

Why do you want this feature?

It saves a lot of hassle to not have to switch back and forth between apps

I get "no valid app found", and ditto for playing an audio recording

This will be solved by #261. Currently, you need an audio player to play audio attachments. Fossify Voice Recorder is not intended for playing external files.

This usually happens when you have disabled/uninstalled your system camera app. Android sends camera requests to the preinstalled camera app, but Fossify Messages should fallback to Fossify Camera when the system camera is not available.

I'm noticing other cases where Fossify Camera isn't launched when I would expect it to be, such as from a browser link or other apps like iNaturalist, so I wonder if the issue is that it's not being recognized as the default camera app? It's the only camera app I currently have enabled.
