Could you expand a bit your request?

• How are you exporting? By sharing a single contact or through migration in Settings? If through migration, which contact sources are you selecting? Please write that in "Steps to reproduce the bug" because now the description is too vague.
• What do you mean by 0 data? Have you tried to open that file? Maybe it's just the file manager showing file wrongly. Please write about that in Actual Behavior.

I was seeing something similar where the file was 0 bytes, but clicking on it showed data. And it seemed after some time / refreshing, the file size got updated. Posting for posterity
