Switching not clear!

When Im in Claude
- how I can switch model?
- how I can control that is is router to different model? Is there some indication?
- how I can easily change to rules for model switching? 
- How I can set a d different model, for example, for different CLI? (For example in Claude code I would like to use Olama and in Open Code I would like to use the GLM)
