[Request] Config to toggle appending the entire log to crash reports

Look, I know why you did this. But forcing this option isn't the answer. Crash reports now take up several hundred times the file space they normally would, because of this. Just make it a config option. Please.

Seriously, we have to chop off the end of it to have it fit into Gist. The file itself opens only after about five seconds.
As a person who routinely sends both the crash report and the fml log, this is just more work for no gain.

It is a wee bit sad to see crash reports weigh 100 times more, and i swear i know how to change configs from true to false
