Issue description

When creating a world and loading into it, no chunks seem to generate. Im just floating in the endless void without being able to move. I can still type in commands, but I dont see prediction text from minecraft about the command I want to enter. With distant horizons I can see those Chunks generate. F3+A also doesnt do anything. Everything works perfectly fine without Hex Casting.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start Minecraft Modpack with Hex Casting enabled
2. Create a world
3. Stare into the abyss
