Payment for frontend contirbutors

This issue is to handle payment for implementation and review of the frontend portions of the Travel Invoicing project.

Assignees responsibilities will be to:

• implement release 2, 7.2, and the frontend portions of release 10
• will fix any bugs that arise while implementing these releases
• will help with testing the feature

@ikevin127 will be the main implementer and @parasharrajat will be the dedicated reviewer for each PR.

Each contributor will be paid $2750 upon the completion of the project. "Completion" means that both the frontend and relevant backend portions of the design doc will be completed and working together.
