2. Go to self DM.
3. Send a message,

Expected Result:

Self DM title will show [Name] (You).

Actual Result:

Self DM title only shows [Name] without (You).

It shows [Name] (You) in search list.

Please re-state the problem that we are trying to solve in this issue.

When a user accesses their self Direct Message (DM), the chat title displays only the user's name (e.g., "[Name]") without the "(You)" label that should distinguish it as the user's own DM. This is inconsistent with how self DMs appear in the search list, where they correctly display "[Name] (You)".

What is the root cause of that problem?

The DisplayNames component has two display modes:

• Full Title Mode shouldUseFullTitle = true

Uses the pre-computed fullTitle string from getReportName()
For self-DM, this includes "(you)" postfix added.

• Participant List Mode shouldUseFullTitle = false

It dynamically builds display from displayNamesWithTooltips array and shows "Name1, Name2, Name3..." with individual tooltips.

Therefore it does not add "(you)" postfix because tooltips are just participant names

What changes do you think we should make in order to solve the problem?

We should pass !!optionItem.isSelfDM in OptionRowLHN here

This will ensure when we are in selfDM report or selfDM is in LHN we always get (You) postfix because it will only have one member (current user)

When calling getDisplayNamesWithTooltips for Self DM, isSelfDM is passed as the 5th parameter, but the function signature uses the 5th parameter for shouldFallbackToHidden and the 6th parameter for shouldAddCurrentUserPostfix
