If more than one person has messaged you, /r doesn't reply to the last person who sent you a message, it seems to pick a person at random to reply to

Steps to reproduce

1. make few people message you
2. do /r

Expected behaviour

it replies to last player who sent you a message

Actual behaviour

it replies to random player from players that messaged you

This is intentional. See:

# Changes the default /reply functionality. This can be changed on a per-player basis using /rtoggle.
