Feature description
Add support for a -s / --silent flag to selected EssentialsX commands.
When used, the command executes normally but suppresses feedback messages
sent to the target player only. The command sender (in-game admin or
console) still receives confirmation messages.
The flag works for both console and in-game command senders and does not
affect permissions, logging or command behavior.
How the feature is useful
This allows administrators and console scripts to perform actions such as
teleports, gamemode changes or god mode toggles without sending disruptive
system messages to players.
It is especially useful for moderation, automation, scheduled tasks and
event setups, keeping player chat clean while still providing feedback
to the command sender.
