Unable to retrieve Enterprise Portal Licenses

Describe the bug
Enterprise Portal licenses returns None

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

gis.admin.license.all()
# OR
gis.admin.license.get("ArcGIS Pro")

error:
No error, but nothing is returned.

Expected behavior
Licenses to be retrieved successfully

Platform (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows
• Browser: N/A
• Python API Version: 2.4.2
• Enterprise Version: 11.5

Additional context
This works as expected using 2.4.1.
