Refactor the `-b` flag of the C# plugin

The -b flag is a plugin-specific option flag for the C# plugin to define the location of the build output folder. (E.g. the bin/Release folder.)

Instead, the general -i input flag should be used for all input locations, similar to the C++ plugin.
