Case studies: EpiAwareR integration

I think we should use renv at the root to control deps, update our docs and task files for this, make our CI build the site for the package and add links to it from the readme. We also need to review the text that discusses it in the case study section, discussion, intro and abstract to make sure it has enough coverage. I don't think we need to port the vignette code into a root-level qmd but we do need to review the vignettes to make sure the models are running and output is produced. Assigning @sbfnk as he has led on this work

They now do at https://sbfnk.github.io/EpiAwareR/ but we might need to update the submodule I think

It looks like the Mishra one is still a bit dodgy? As we don't have importation in that one we may want to shorten the time series as we do in the main paper. Perhaps also useful to reproduce their figure as a comparison?
