Refactor AxisLines logic.

The logic for moving the axis lines around is atrocious. Really need to go through and clean up the logic and make it more readible.

I started this in my latest branch. But It's just trying to do too much. I will rebuild and split up the logic to be less flexible. Right now the single component is crazy flexible and its really hard to get it to work as expected in every single scenario with my branch capabilities.

Using one object per axis is where the issue is. With all of the flipping and recalculating offsets and all of that. I will just create six static axis and conditionally render them based on the same flip logic. This should be much less hectic
