Print time selection in the Cesium widget.

AEBS team proposes:

In the plots where the Swarm trajectories with data are shown on
globe, it would be nice to have some kind of time stamp in the image
(E.g. the begin and end times of data shown in the plot).

As far as I understood, they would like to have timestamps on Swarm trajectories on the globe map, but I can't see them.

It has not been implemented yet. I added this ticket to track this feature request. I propose to leave it to the next release.
