Integrate a res client from BioSamples package

Would be great to provide a mechanism to require a token within this client. 
Something is already available in the unofficial biosamples-v4 python client available at
https://github.com/Kerruba/python_biosamples-v4_lib

I'll probably create a pull request with the necessary classes and build some tests
