[Automated ingestion] Logging to a file does not work

Maybe this does work fine, I noticed today that my log file did have some error messages. It was running with --file-level WARNING, I changed it to INFO and now I get even more messages in the log. So I suspect that this can be closed.

It looks like the log-scopes doesn't seem to apply to the file logging, though.
