Incompatibility with BetterAnimations plugin #81

Describe the bug
When HSL and betteranimationses enchanced layout is active, the serverlist position is wrong and the user bar at the bottom left is also the wrong size.
To Reproduce
- Enable HSL
- Enable BetterAnimations
- Make sure enhanced layout is active
