Rounding spec output

Problem

The edges of the spec's artwork and background frames are squared, but as a user I would like to round them.

Solution

Add two layout_variables corresponding to rounding the background and artwork frames, process them when setting up styles each run, and enable customization of them via the produced Specs Layout variable collection
