Unable To Get DigiByte Program to Open

I am very new to this area. Im not very tech-savvy. I have recently downloaded the DigiByte program. The issue is that I can't get the program to work when I try to access it. The program appears to start loading, then nothing happens. I made the mistake of shutting down my laptop before the DigiByte program was closed, and I haven't been able to get it to open again. Can you walk me through what I need to do to correct this issue? Any guidance you can offer on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Is your feature request related to a problem?

first im also new, so ask others before taking my advice, was the wallet synced ?... if not do you have 12gb of ram because it wont work otherwise......... what i would do if you have 12gb of ram is go to the appdata, then digibyte folder then wallet, back up the wallet.dat onto a usb stick and reinstall the program.......... but seek other peoples advice as i am also new aswell.....you laptop needs 12gb of ram minimum to work properly......... if you do reinstall it, make sure to back up your wallet.dat...... just my opinion im new also so ask someone else before taking action, i dont want to be responsible for you nuking you funds.
