Add support for handling expenses in multiple currencies with automated currency conversion and reporting capabilities.

Key Requirements:

1. Currency Selection:

   • Allow users to select primary display currency
   • Enable specifying currency for each expense entry
   • Supported currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, etc. (initial set)

2. Exchange Rate Management:

   • Integration with currency API for live rates (e.g., Fixer, Open Exchange Rates)
   • Store historical rates for accurate reporting
   • Manual rate override option
