List issues from a specific PR

When I run `deepsource issues list`, I only receive the issues for the head of my default branch. When working on a PR branch which checks just ran on, I'd like to be able to see its most recently checked issues from CLI. That'd let me automate fixes much more easily and as part of my pre-commit.
