Hi, I am able to speak english, but I dont get the meaning of this setting?

Does this mean, it will be checked, that if I change a source translation in column A row 1 that it will be re-translated? Or what does it say?

It means it will not call the DeepL API again, and therefore will not incur costs to you.

With the new Sidebar UI, this retranslation issue is resolved. Translations only occur when you click translate 👍 I'd recommend using that instead of the cell formula.
