DeepL crashed on mac

Step to reproduce: 
1. Run DeepL in the background
2. Run DeepL with shortcuts Command + c + c
At step#2, sometimes there's an image like above. DeepL doesn't exits in Force Quit Items, SoI can't quit DeepL until I restart Mac.
